SEPTEMBER'S TOP PICKS have been selected by Patrick Kirk-Smith. Patrick Kirk-Smith is editor of Art in Liverpool newspaper and Director of Independents Biennial. Very occasionally, he presents text as a form of performance art, and can be found handing out critical essays on everyday life to unappreciative members of the public.
Art in Liverpool is twenty years old this month, and still as independent as it was then. Today, its audience is split between print and digital. Everything we do is done to get people involved in the art world.
